Marvin Reischmann, started his training as an electronics technician for automation technology in September 2013 after graduating from high school. After successfully completing his training, Marvin worked for two years as a service technician in Germany and Europe.
In 2019, he then made the switch to operations planning. His daily tasks include scheduling our service technicians for their assignments at the customer’s site, processing customer complaints, shipping spare parts under warranty, and providing telephone support.

It’s not only in the office that he tries to help others and plan operations – in his spare time, Marvin is also one of the ‘helpers’ – as he has been a member of the Neuhausen Fire Department for 13 years. In 2009 he joined the youth fire department and since 2014 he is in the operational department.
He completed a course to become a respiratory protection device carrier and group leader. He has also completed additional special training such as fall protection training for securing people at heights and depths.

“I have always been fascinated by technology in the fire department. And of course the aspect of helping other people in emergencies.”
