Ralf started working for us as a service technician in September 1996. Until 2001, he was on the road worldwide through service assignments, until he finally moved to the software department. After 11 years in the software department, he then went back to customer service in 2012, more precisely to the hotline support department, where he still works today. Ralf knows the customers who call him on the hotline today personally through his service technician activities,- so he has a good relationship with the customers, which makes the work via remote diagnostics and telephone a lot easier. Since our machines are always adapting to the latest innovations and requirements, it is becoming more and more difficult for him and his colleagues, but that also makes the whole thing a lot more interesting and varied.

In his spare time, Ralf has two great passions. One on land and one in the water. Riding a motorcycle and diving.

He loves to sit on the motorcycle and think about nothing for a few hours or even a few days and enjoy the rides with many beautiful and interesting stops. Ralf is also planning a tour this year – his 2023 tour will be to Montenegro with a few friends for 10 days, which he is really looking forward to.

Diving is much the same, you leave the surface of the water and you are in another world. Ralf has already done several dives and therefore he can enjoy the underwater world to the fullest and move in this world.

We wish Ralf already today a lot of fun on his Montenegro tour and hope that he finds also this year the possibility times to dive off!
