Manuel Theilmann, apprentice electronics technician for automation technology, started his departmental rotation at the end of March this year and has already been able to get to know the final assembly, final acceptance and technical center departments. Due to the variety of tasks and the resulting challenges, Manuel has so far found the Technikum the most appealing. He was very impressed by the knowledge of the employees in the technical center about the optimization of article quality and their appropriate assessment of the properties of the raw material. After completing their training and passing through their department, our trainees are allowed to express a wish as to where they would like to work after they have completed their training. So far, however, he is still unsure – because he is also sure that in the final inspection, the requirements are just as demanding.

In the near future, Manuel will move into the customer care area and possibly take a detour into design.

He would also like to mention that the departmental tours have been very exciting and informative so far, and he hopes that the future trainees will also be able to go through them.

We wish Manuel a lot of fun during his department runs and hope that he will be able to make the right decision when the time comes.
