In January 1997 Hajo Schmoll started as an electrician in the electrical assembly department at DESMA and changed 10 years later to the quality assurance – machine acceptance department. – At the same time, in 2007, he started and also successfully completed a part-time advanced training to become an ‘Industriemeister Elektrotechnik’.
Since the end of 2015 Hajo Schmoll is team leader in the final assembly and it is a pleasure to have him in our team.

We hope that Hajo Schmoll will remain loyal to us and continue to be with DESMA with so much commitment and fun.
