On 01 July Carmen started a new challenge at DESMA!
Now a good two weeks have passed and she can already say: DESMA is a great employer! – for this reason Carmen gets up every day with a smile and enjoys her new job.

She works in the shipping department and has her own area of responsibility there, with the area of spare parts deliveries. Carmen finds it very interesting as there is a lot to organize and monitor, besides there are also many regulations and requirements to follow as our customers are spread all over the world – every country has its own import regulations.

Her career path started in 2013 with an apprenticeship as an office administrator at the Maggi plant in Singen. After successfully completing her apprenticeship, Carmen gained experience in various companies and meanwhile completed further training to become a business administrator.
