Our trainees, just like our customers, are optimally prepared for the handling of our machines by in-house training courses.

In a three-day training course at the beginning of August, our 5 trainees – from the training areas of industrial mechanic, tool mechanic and electronics technician – were given an insight into the basics of elastomer processing and various production processes.

The training was conducted by our training manager Jens Winter.

In addition, of course, practical tests were carried out on DESMA machines.
