MODULAR PROCESS AUTOMATION

We develop and implement process automation for the efficient production of rubber and silicone articles. In doing so, we fully rely on our in-house automation team and thus realize fully comprehensive 360° solutions for the entire production process.

After analyzing the objectives, we develop the optimal automation concept for our customers. In doing so, we can also rely on our flexible automation platforms FlexCell and PartnerFlexCell, which enable a wide variety of automation concepts thanks to their modular design. We rely on standardized interfaces in hardware and software. This enables us to easily integrate even complex automation systems into injection molding machines. Of course, this also applies to retrofit projects for existing systems. Independent of the actual projected process automation, we offer a comprehensive and realistic simulation, consisting of injection molding machine, mold, automation and if necessary, article

post-processing. Since we have all the data of the plant components available in-house, 3D simulations can be created with an extremely high level of detail. We always implement complex automation solutions with our own master computer systems. Increasingly, systems for article traceability are being integrated into our automation solutions. This technology, integrated under the product name SmartTrace, enables complete traceability by means of product identification with QR code or RFID chip, taking into account all production-relevant process data. We offer full integration and networking for this.


WE ALWAYS IMPLEMENT COMPLEX AUTOMATION SOLUTIONS WITH OUR OWN MASTER COMPUTER SYSTEMS.

By combining all plant components under one control system, we also have full access in the event of service and can carry out modifications remotely without having to involve ‘third parties’.
