E-LEARNING
Our e-learning platform is a complementary tool to equip your employees with knowledge, so that potentials are recognized and utilised by your operators, setters, maintenance staff or during process optimization. APPLICATION
In addition, we offer you the opportunity to have your application processes checked by us and optimized if necessary. We will guide you through your individual processes and, after a detailed analysis, provide you with a cost and results calculation.
CERTIFICATE
We document the result of our training with a corresponding certificate in which the various contents are clearly listed.
BASIC TRAINING
Immediately after the installation of a DESMA machine, the service technicians explain the correct handling of the system. In this way, the operating personnel become familiar with the operation of the equipment and get an optimal access to the most important functions. The basic instruction with a duration of up to 8 hours is obligatory for the installation of all new DESMA machines.
SET-UP COURSES
The trainer first explains the course content in theory using different media. During the practical part, participants have to repeat the exercises on their own – for more safety and practical experience.
SPECIFIC COURSES
Company-specific courses can be held either at the participating customer’s premises or at the DESMA training center. The course contents are tailor made to the company-specific requirements.
