Jacqueline Benz belongs to our Standards & Optimization team and has been part of DESMA since 2018.

Besides project management, the administration of local and global work processes is part of her daily work.
As a Lean-Six-Sigma Green Belt and currently a Black Belt in training, her focus is on designing and aligning processes to fully and economically meet customer expectations and requirements.

In her free time she can be found in bouldering gyms. Bouldering means climbing without a rope at jumping height – in other words, a height from which you can jump without any significant risk of injury.
Bouldering is becoming increasingly popular precisely because the sport trains the entire body and can be practiced both in the great outdoors or in any weather, from early in the morning until late at night in halls.
