In the course of the overall leadership strategy, as well as at DESMA, our colleagues Janis Weber and Andreas Brand have further trained as Leading-Simple Coach.

This completes another building block in the area of leadership at DESMA in order to be able to further promote an even more uniform understanding and a consistent system in this essentially important topic in the future, also through own resources and direct contact persons in our own company.

The training enables them to carry out person profilings in the area of employee development and job reassignment, to interpret them and to make strengths and potentials visible. The training also serves to provide managers and team leaders with tools for leadership tasks with which they can develop their employees to a higher degree of self-responsibility and achieve better results.
