The idea of the SZAG campus is to facilitate access to training and knowledge for employees of the Salzgitter Group and to support them in their daily work.

The seminar contents are divided into different categories. These include the topics: EDP, methods, engineering leadership and languages.
The learning opportunities include trainings that are purchased externally, but also knowledge content that is provided by our internal staff.

We, the DESMA team, have already been able to take advantage of the training offer since the end of 2022 and our subsidiaries will be involved in a timely manner.
