The machines specially developed for this purpose are specially designed for this production. In order to accommodate the large mold, the tie bars have been extended so that an opening width of 1.740 mm is available and the bladder can be ejected inside the clamping unit by means of a central ejector. In addition, demolding is simplified by an integrated compressed air nozzle.
The temperature of the heating platen and cores is achieved and maintained by the use of steam, the control system regulates the steam valve to vary the amount of steam to achieve and maintain the platen and core temperature.
