From November 24 to 26, 2021, 20 trainees from the entire Salzgitter Group had the opportunity to meet and get to know the Executive Board of Salzgitter AG.
The main topics: Sustainability/Decarbonization, Knowledge Culture, Training Concept of the Future and Questions for the Executive Board were elaborated in groups and presented to the CEOs Mr. Groebler, Mr. Kieckbusch and Mr. Becker on the last day.

In addition, we also had the opportunity to visit the plant site in Salzgitter, which not only made an impression due to its size, but is also very impressive due to the advancing automation and the new major SALCOS project for complete decolonization.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to the Executive Board and the supervisors who took the time for us and made this exchange between the trainees possible.
It was very interesting to gain impressions and insights from other companies in the Group. At the same time it strengthened the affiliation to the group.
